HOW TO PAY FEES USING MPESA PAYBILL THROUGH CO-OPERATIVE BANK COLLECTION ACCOUNT

How to Pay Fees Using Mpesa Paybill Through Co-Operative Bank Collection

STEPS

1) GO TO LIPA NA MPESA
2) SELECT PAY BILL
3) ENTER BUSINESS NUMBER: 4083677
4) USE STUDENT ADMISSION NUMBER AS THE ACCOUNT NUMBER

5) ENTER FEES AMOUNT
6) ENTER YOUR MPESA PIN
7) CONFIRM TRANSACTION
8) RECEIVE SMS CONFIRMING THE PAYMENT IS SUCCESSFUL.

LOG INTO STUDENT PORTAL TO CONFIRM THE TRANSACTION

N/B: IF THE MPESA DEPOSIT IS NOT REFLECTED ON YOUR STUDENT PORTAL, PRESENT THE SMS MESSAGE TO THE ACCOUNTS OFICE FOR CONFIRMATION.

A. PORTAL ACCOUNT CREATION STEPS

  1. Open your browser, type portal.kisiipoly.ac.ke, you will get a window below

2. Click on Create Account. The create account screen will appear as shown below. 

4. Select Role student (for students)then enter your Admission Number and preferred password, click

submit. A confirmation link will be sent to your registered email.

5. Open your email address to set up your account.

6. Proceed to login to your account using procedure B below

B. PORTAL ACCOUNT LOGIN. - If you had already created

your portal account

1. Open your browser, type portal.kisiipoly.ac.ke

2. The login-in screen as shown below appears

 

3. Log-in using your Admission number and password.

4. Click Login

 

 

C. PORTAL ACCOUNT PASSWORD RESET

If you have a problem with your portal account password:

1. Open your browser, type portal.kisiipoly.ac.ke

2. Click the forgot password command.

3. The create account screen will appear as shown below.

 

4. Enter your Admission Number, click Reset Password. A

confirmation link will be sent to your registered email.

5. Open your email address - change your Portal Account password.

6. Proceed to Login to your Portal Account using procedure B above
